Hi - I've been using AS for some time now, but as of the past few days, the "Import Wizard" seems to not be working - it takes MUCH longer than usual to bring up the new screen, and when it does come up, it tells me that "You have no items to import at this time."
Clicking the "Refresh List" button doesn't seem to help - I get the same message, same empty list.
Some of my "new" would-be snipes have been on the Ebay watch list overnight or longer...so, I copy/paste the item number into the "Add a New Snipe" box in the upper left hand corner and import it that way - successfully! While this works, it's not nearly as convenient for multiple "snipes!"
Is this happening to anyone else, or am I (suddenly) doing something wrong after 16 months with AS?
I've searched the forums and have seen other posts stating/suggesting Import Wizard seems to have these intermittent "strikes," check to make sure AS pass is the same as Ebay's, AS "downtimes," etc., and none of those seem to fit my problem....
And just now, before I reposted on this forum, I tried it again and it worked! Well, almost - Import Wizard brought over five snipes, but I have 15 active auctions on my Ebay "watch list."
This is just too weird - any input would be greatly appreciated.
