Hello Alanf51,

Emails from "offers@customers.auctionsniper.com" are actually sent by AuctionSniper and our partner company, OpenSky. They're designed to show you products that you may find of interest. However, if you would not like to receive these anymore, you can go ahead and click the "unsubscribe" link, located at the bottom of the email.

Sincerely,
Natasha

Natasha,
They are coming to a email address (work) that I have never used with eBay or AS.

Thanks

Hello again Alanf51 -

It is not clear how a different email address would receive any notifications from us unless it was associated with your Auction Sniper account.

While you can certainly make use of the Unsubscribe link that is available at the bottom of such email, in order for us to look into this we'd need to know the email address where you are receiving these messages.

Please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the Auction Sniper site providing the details of your email account where this has occurred so we can take a look into this. If you file a case, please also include that you have this post going on the forum so our support team can direct the case appropriately.

- Craig
