Cannot place a snipe | Auction Sniper

I've tried twice this morning to place a snipe for an auction that closes in 3 hours but the snipe will not go through. I was also unable to access auctionsniper at all for awhile during the past hour. Is something not working properly??

I clicked back on my snipes awhile after posting this and the snipe was there. I was also able to add another one successfully. Not sure what happened as they always showed up right away before, but am glad the problem is solved. I have been using AS for over 2 weeks now and am very happy with the service, although I understand it isn't perfect. It's so nice to not have to be at a computer each time an important auction closes or to have to place a huge proxy bid. Thanks.

It was probably offline for a brief maintenance period, Liesl. Your approach was correct: wait a few minutes and try again. That usually works.
