AS fee could be refunded? AS could work on Yahoo Auction in Japan?

Dear all,

I used AS for a year, it is quite good for me.

I have 2 questions:

1. In some cases when I won an Ebay item then, for some reasons/disputes/not as described... the sellers agreed to cancel transaction. Then, I still had to pay AS fee, I wonder AS has or will have a way to refund the sniping fees? ( I lost at least $30 to $50 each month for this problem.

2. I want to buy sth from Yahoo Auction in Japan (I have account there under the name and address of a friend) (there is no Ebay in Japan, merely Yahoo Auctions, quite the same). I wonder AS can work on Yahoo Auctions, I think it is quite similar in terms of working system...
