Think about it. Say there are 4 items you'd be interested in ONLY if you win item A. Set up snipes for the 4 items and put them in a 0 of 0 (zero) bid group. Now set up the snipe for item A and put it in "My Snipes". Monitor the results of the Item A snipe. If you don't win, do nothing. If you DO win, modify your zero bid group to 0 of 4. Bingo!- Your 4 snipes just went live & active!

Obvious downside is having to babysit item A for the results.
