Hmm - dilema! Do I say RTFM to this person and point him at the FAQs or do I mention that, as it ended at Apr-15-06 19:00:00 PDT, then AS will add a few seconds to the lead time to try to ensure the snipe gets placed.
Next, should I mention that no-one can react in 18 seconds and point them at the ebay Help's section on proxy bidding?
And finally, do I mention that it's not the last bid that wins but the highest?
