Yes, you are right Steve. The seller left retalitory negative feedbacks for a few buyers and ebay removed all of them when they discovered that he was running a scam. On top of that, he was also banned indefenitely.

So do not be afraid to leave negative feedback if you can prove to ebay that this guy is a bozo
