As a buyer, I have rarely received feedback before I've left it for the seller. I do see why a seller would want to wait, but I feel that once I've paid, my end of the transaction has been completed. Again, as a buyer, the only reason I could see a seller waiting until I leave them feedback is if (and I'm not ignoring the previous post - it's just a very isolated example) the seller wants to pad their chances of getting a positive feedback from me.
