you do not have to have a account to use the ebay/paypal shipping label, the funds are deducted straight from your paypal account

Also if someone were to buy something from you "off ebay" and pay you with paypal you can create the same shiping label for those items as well through paypal
It is all paypal based, also there is a option to have the post office pick up your packages FREE OF CHARGE on next delivery day. have not tried it yet but have clicked on it and read about it,
