What's going on? Lost auction due to snipe error!

I just lost an auction - the winning bid was for $26 and I placed my snipe at $31. My Auction Sniper Report says I bid on a Fenton Butterfly vase. This is not the correct auction! I bid on a Hewlett Packard 12c!

I lost an auction that I should have won! That is why I pay a fee for using this service! Whats going on?
