No, the administrator can. There's usually two icons next to the quotes (" ") at the top of each post. One of those allows you to change or delete your post, the other one allows you to alert AS support about a questionable post. After 30 minutes, the icon to change or delete no longer works.

The time remaining is based on PST - the time of this forum.

I sure didn't mean to imply that you did something terrible by leaving the price. I just recommend doing it again.

P.S. - I don't know if you noticed, but I've changed this one post 3 or 4 times.

Also, after about 10 minutes, you get the following added:
