What a waste of money

I just got this software and Ive lost 3 auctions out of 6 so far! For no apparent reason the bid just didnt work, and had I not counted on this software I couldve won, Absolutely Ridiculous! Great Items that were great deals that other people got for a penny more thanwhen I looked at it! Makes me sick!
