1. Few, if any, of us work for AS so it isn't our product - I certainly don't. We're just experienced users who lurk here and share that experience when we can.
2. You need to understand how AS (and other sniping programs) work. It bids, on your behalf, just before the Auction ends.

So, you can set a snipe up when the Auction is at $30 for, say $50. When the snipe 'fires' the Auction could be at £60. Just as if you'd bid manually, you'll 'lose' and your bid won't feature in the bidding list.

However, if the auction was still at $30 then AS will bid your $50 and eBay's proxy bidding will kick in, placing your bid at the next increment - say $31 - and your bid will appear on the list.

I suggest you read the FAQs, read the forum and then decide whether to stay or go. If you understand how AS works then you'll stay, if not then good luck elsewhere...
