Hi thesniper,

Sorry about the confusion. We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing an incorrect "You Won" status to be recorded for certain snipes that are not actually winners. Our engineering department is currently investigating this issue, and we anticipate it will be resolved later today.

In the mean time, as R2 mentioned, you can verify whether or not you won a given auction by checking your eBay account. If the email you received from Auction Sniper states that you won an auction for greater than your maximum bid, you will certainly find that you did not win the item when you check eBay.
