Congratulations, urban-sniper! Getting that first AS snipe under your belt is a big relief.

I use 8 seconds as my usual lead time but I have my default setting at 6 seconds because I experience the same 2-second lag that you did. I have no idea what the cause of the lag is, but it's a constant and the easiest thing to do is just make allowance for it in your default setting.
