7-8pm California/eBay time is peak. But since it doesnt end on the hour, half hour, or quarter hours 5-8 seconds should be enough. I'd probably go with 8 just because of it being on Sunday at peak hours.

The peaks on Sunday in the summer arent as much as the rest of the year. Last Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday all had about the same traffic and peaks on eBay.
