Updating Credit Card Expiration

Adam, I'm having the same problem as "The Benton Group" (5/4/2002 posting). The link you gave them just takes me to the sign-in page. For such a helpful service, your update proceedures seem awfully confusing. At this point I'd settle for a phone number I could call to clear this up.
