Underhand, scurvy, thieving snipers - again!

quote:

"I have noticed lately that a lot of bidders are using snipe engines to place their bids in the last few seconds of some of my auctions. There is only one way to beat them. That is to decide how much you are prepared to pay and place your bid early. The use of snipe engines is not recommended as they may well help to acquire a bargain they are also unreliable and may cause you to loose out alltogether. So as a result I reserve the right to stop the auction sometime in the last hour and offer to the highest bidder at that time."

AUCTION LINK >>**Roberts 707 Radio**<<

Good Radio though, almost, but not quite as good as the 1975 Grundig Yacht Boy. A quality sound, unlike most modern plastic wonders, plus real tree wood!

I digress (again!) Just note the Dodo is not extinct, it wobbles into view frequently on ebay, utters a few sqawks and wonders off again!

Is anybody aware of an auction ending early to avoid these accursed snipers? Shall I send him an email saying I was going to bid a £150 at the last minute, but as you don't want my bid, I shan't!

Another digression, just trying to love ubl codes like the rest of you - found these extensions - if they don't work, these will be in glorious multicoloured Black & White!
