If you are getting “undefined” as a status message on a completed auction/snipe, then try clicking the “Confirmation” button next to the snipe. This should provide more information. If that doesn’t help, you might want to file a support case using this: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

If you are getting “undefined” somewhere else, then where are you getting it?
