Hi Neva,

I agree -- the bigger and clearer the picture the better, but sometimes they would take too long to load as thumbnails...so our system ignores them.

If you would like to email us at support@auctionsniper.com with those item #s, I can take a look. Unless you're afraid I'll snipe them away from you.
