I dont think either of you two will know, but I need to ask a question.

I have a couple of recipes that I want to make and they are Yankee ones that call for *All Purpose Flour*. Now down here, we have *Plain Flour* and *Self Raising Flour*. I understand that our SR Flour has baking powder in it to make it rise, but does your All Purpose Flour?

These recipes, when made over here, need to rise, but there is no rising agent in the recipe. Confused
