Technophobe newbie-will my snipes work?

Hi all,
Please help unskilled e-bayer and virgin sniper!
I have 9 snipes due tomorrow afternoon(peak time)they are a set but sold separetely seconds apart.Typical.
My snipes say- ready- but will it work?
Do I need a group snipe thingmajig?
Also because its due up at a peak time is a lead time of 7 secs enough?
Please reply slowly and softly with absolutely no technical words or I may have to throw my pc out of the window and take up knitting!
