Although I am happy with the fact that AS are asking us to take the survey to get an overall view of what their customers want.

I would of LOVED a comments section somewhere along the way - so I could clarify some of my choices.

IE -

Why I dont use the Advanced Search Option AND feedback.....Well I would, but neither work for me
Why dont I use the Wins TrackerCoz I keep getting errors
Why I dont think the phone notification would work for me Coz the phone call costs would prolly kill it for me or it wouldnt work for those outside .com land
Why I dont want to pay more for this serviceCoz of the conversion rate.
