Thanks everybody! I knew I could get some answers in here.

This morning I ran another scan and quarantined the 36 cookies that are not in the documents and settings. It says that the ones from Alexa are installed with internet explorer and some updates, so they must be OK.

Five of the six in the My Documents area were added around 5 am on Sept. 8, 2004. The computer worked fine before that, so it's probably OK to quarantine those. The sixth one was added on August 1, 2003 so I'm not so sure about that one. Can putting something that's saved in the My Documents area up as a website cause spyware?

I'll do a scan disk and defrag in a little bit. Thanks Sara, Lexie, and Mrs. M.!
