I had the same one - what it says, as I remember, is that a virus is sometimes attached which will allow key-strokes to be recorded. Ergo, if your emails are filtered by AVG or equivalent then the risk is zero!

Same word in both medical and internet circles - viruses seems more acceptable in both worlds these days!
