I'm not sure why you consider this auction "spamming". I see an auction for a set of wrenches at what appears to be a good price. The seller mentions that he "only has 2 sets left"; everything else seems to be normal inclusions: "check my feedback", "check my other auctions", etc. I did notice that some numbers are missing from your link so maybe the auction that I see when clicking on your link is a different one.
