Obviously living abroad and being somewhat of a newbie count against me here but curiousity has gotten the better of me,dare I really ask what

actually is? sometimes I feel deprived living in the UK and I dare not ask my ebay friends in the US....

Also I remember flicking through here before and seeing some useful links for checking on seller's negative feedbacks,would someone be kind enough and point me in that direction? I hope this doesn'r overstep any marks and thank you in advance
