If you are referring to my 'problem' last week, it was NOT when maintenance was going on. Steve said they had a major problem & it had happened to several people.
Steve said they were working on the problem/had updated the equipment (which was already scheduled to be upgraded...just happened to coincide with the problems of snipes being sent in as soon as you sent the snipe/extra padding, etc, or something to that nature.
