Weird.

We snipe from multiple locations for every snipe for redundancy. So all your snipes are sniped 2-4 times. This ensures internet problems or eBay slowness on one server wont result in a missed snipe because most likely one of the internet back bones or eBay servers we connect to from the various snipes coming in will be fine.

This among many of our other tricks is what results in our sniping being the most reliable available, and why sniping manually or via software on your own computer can not come close to what we achieve.

Perhaps eBay is buggy and sometimes accepts both bids, even though they are for the same amount. Strange. It seems to only happen with both get to eBay at exactly the same time.
