I don't see how AS could do this. ebay doesn't let anyone enter the same bid amount on the same auction. Even if they are high bidder and over the next increment, they have to bid at least $.01 more.

You must be seeing this on ebay's bid history? Are the bid times the same?

It seems like AS support said that snipes were placed from multiple servers to insure that at least one got in. Maybe both hit ebay at the same nano-second and ebay didn't have time to stop the extra one? This is just a guess. My guessing hasn't been very good today, so you may have to wait for info from AS support.

What ever the reason, it's something new.

And I'm pretty sure AS doesn't let you place multiple snipes (I THINK).
