You used a 2 second lead time at 7pm. Most of the time 2 seconds is enough as you've used it 70 times in the past without trouble.

Sometimes it isn't enough though, eBays speed changes from second to second and at peak times they dont accept bids as quickly. The higher your leadtime the higher your chances of eBay accepting your bid in time.
