Should Ebay charge final value fees on reserve price auctions?

In the past, some sellers abused ebay's low charges for "reserve price" auctions. For example, a seller would avoid final price value fees by marking up the reserve price really high so that bidders would not meet it and then would make a personal offer to the highest bidders. Ebay caught on and now have raised fees on reserve price auctions. But since ebay now charges an arm and a leg for reserve price auctions. Should ebay rape honest sellers again with a final price fee on top of the insertion fee and reserve price fee? That is 3 fees!!!

Any alternatives would like to be heard
