I have logged a support case for bids staying 'ready' when they've closed earlier than expected. No fix as yet! Refreshing the page or Updating Prices doesn't make it go away but it will eventually of its own accord - weird.

Apparently all the developers are working on developing another site so don't expect much to get fixed in the short term but (again, apparently!) there are plans to improve things on this site. [I wonder what the other site is?!?!?!]

I'm a bit good at computers and I remember finding AS hard to use at first as the interface is not intuitive. In my experience this is due to programmers testing programs rather than users testing programs and providing feedback to programmers who listen and fix things. [I bet at least one of their answer machine messages goes like this 'you know what to do so do it after the beep!' ].
