You're right, but my experience with AS is that they are very fast to respond. And considering they don't get paid for snipes that can be entered into AS, they are highly motivated to fix it.

Remember, they are upgrading their hardware, which will mean it will be even better in the future. And, unfortunately, doing upgrades or software enhancements are difficult times and can cause problems. That's one of the reasons I'm an advocate for limiting software enhancements - they often cause problems - no matter how much testing is done. "If it ain't broke, don't break it."
