Well, in such a case the seller would have the opportunity to rebut the unsatisfied buyer, but I would think that, on the whole, it's better for the seller to "wait and see."

On a related subject, has anybody else received an e-mail from a seller asking for feedback after the transaction has been completed? Once or twice I've forgotten to post feedback and the seller has written to remind me. I don't mind but maybe some buyers would be irritated.
