I find that most sellers leave feedback either when they ship or when I have left mine (which is always upon receipt). It does not really matter to me, as a buyer, which they do, but I do sense that many are reluctant to leave feedback until they receive it, for fear that some nutty buyer will receive the item and then claim it was not received, received damaged, etc.
