I also have run into a host of cruddy sellers this year. Your pet peeve is one of mine also, in that they stomp their feet stating they WILL not be responsible for packages not insured yet they do buy the insurance, pocketing the money.

Between that, and cruddy, lazy, cheap packing, it has been a frustrating year.

Yet I keep at it!
