There are still a few in USA and plenty of people still import them from Europe.
A couple of Americans came to the meeting and borrowed cars from friends here.

It was, despite the fact we were working quite a bit, and we have only just dried the tent out. Car is still covered in mud!
These meetings have their own currency, used for the bar and trade stands: this ensures that we get our cut out of this. We were in the finance team, so had to count thousands of little blue coins, and sell them for sterling in the kiosks.
Oh well - next one is Sweden 2007 - someone else will be doing the work.
