5x face value sounds reasonable, BUT you must remember these bills ARE limited -- when they're gone, they're gone! Not only that, the story of "Saddam C-notes on eBay" would get national -- no, international! -- news coverage! I could see some going for 10, 20, 50 times face! Especially if there would be some type of certificate of authenticity, and maybe frame/mount each one.

Now what bid do I hear for Saddam's uneaten Mar's Bar?!
