the ebay login issue is as follows:
i lost an auction last night that i had placed a snipe on. the snipe was not placed with the reason 'bid too low' despite being well over the auction end amount.
in the sniper report the 'Click here to see eBay's response to your snipe' opens an ebay page with the following:
'Your email/user ID or password is incorrect.'

despite being successfully logged into ebay (after intermittent issues)AND logged into auctionsniper at the same time the snipe was not placed.

and zoeabbymom's comment above (which is identical to my experience)it seems it is not the first time it has happened to users here...have you guys got any idea of whats going on with ebay and have you investigated the login issue which stops snipes being placed?
ive sniped (utilising AS) at least 30 ebay purchases and have never encountered this issue prior to this occasion...somewhat disconcerting as the whole point of sniping is to be 100% confident that the snipe will be placed.
edit: ebay has posted they are having intermittent issues....
