Seaheather45, you're 100% right - hence my point about the FAQs being CRAP and the punters being misinformed! Please log a support call via HELP tab and email the boss who receives suggestions@auctionsniper.com so that maybe, just maybe, they'll realise that all is not rosey in the garden!
