I've been keeping up with the forums so I know that Sunday afternoon is heavy traffic--right?--on Ebay, but I kept the standard 7 second lead time, prferring to err on the side of speed and not making it in time if the service was slow. But even so, my bid was sent 35 seconds before the auction end, was processed immediately, and this gave someone else ample time to beat me. Is there a way to get around this "wise" feature of Auction Snipe so that my bid will go in when I set it too and not when the server thinks it is best? Thus far, the server has been wrong more often than not.
