Thanks for the inside tip, Dag. The summer doldrums were bound to end and it looks as though this weekend it's back to business as usual. I'd echo your advice to check lead times carefully against actual eBay processing speed as determined by the site's reaction time to simple commands like searching. AS's procedure of adding a few seconds to your lead time when eBay is slow may or may not work.
