As hard as I try, I can’t come up with any other reason to explain the outcome of Cablejelly’s auction. AS’s premature snipe allowed the other sniper enough time to increase (final-seconds nibbling) the closing price. Fortunately the other sniper didn’t have yet another 31 seconds to retaliate with a third snipe.
