Postage and Handling Rip Off?

I'm trying to buy 'er indoors an Ipod Mini (in pink) and found one from a seller just about 4km from where I live. Price was good so I thought I'd save on the excessive P&P (25 quid). Interestingly the saving was only about a fiver for collection - I guess the other £20 covers fees and expenses as, judging by the guy's neg feedbacks, he certainly doesn't splash out on packaging and recorded delivery. Suddenly the bargain I was after was the same price that you can find on http://www.kelkoo.co.uk !

I got her one elsewhere (an unwanted present) so that's her sorted out.
