placing bids on international ebay sites

Hi everybody! As You know there is a problem when You try to place bids on international ebay sites (Germany e.g.) Is it so problematic to fix this problem?! The other snippers, xxxxxxx for example, have no problems! So guys from auctionsniper! Get to work! Fix it! Or Your clients leave You!
