Hi Mrs.M!

I was at the PayPal site and just wanted to verify that I am reading it right. It appears an upgrade from personal to premier account means I ADD the ability to receive cred.crd payments (with associated fees), but I LOSE the ability to receive bank account payments for FREE. In other words, it appears the same fees applied to credit card payments are ALSO applied to bank account payments??

Is my understanding correct?
