PayPal Help!

OK! I'd like to pick the brains of you more experienced sellers! For some of you that might be slim pickings!

I have a Personal PayPal account, which means I can't accept credit card payments. In spite of telling my buyers that I can't handle credit card payments through PayPal, I just got my first!

Well, OK, I was at the PayPal site trying to figure out if I want to upgrade to the Premier account to accept the payment and be done with it. I understand the fee schedule of a percentage of sale PLUS $0.30 flat fee for each credit card transaction. What I'm NOT clear on is this: if I have a Premier account, are ALL received payments subject to the fee schedule (both credit card AND bank fund payments)?

If it is ONLY the credit card payments subject to the fees, I might make the upgrade, but if PayPal gets a cut of ALL received payments -- I'm not sure my low volume justifies the expense.

Advice please?!
