You probably already know this, but any one of your personalities can leave an additional 80 characters in a “follow-up” feedback. People usually wait until getting the other party’s response, but the last I checked “follow-up” could be given right after feedback (negative or positive). Those 4 characters you mentioned could be used at the end of your initial feedback to leave “ …”.

One other idea: if you can get the seller to cooperate, the seller could leave an additional 80 characters to describe his poor service/terms, but that can get kind of dicey. I’ve never tried it; so if anyone has any experience with this, I’d love to hear about it. I don’t think that’s breaking any of ebay’s rules.
