The seller is in the wrong. If says he accepts Money Orders and lists no exceptions to them, he HAS to accept BidPay Money Orders. The seller still recieves a paper money order very similar to the ones you can buy at the local Wal-Mart or K-mart. He can still choose to cash it where ever they cash other money orders. They are no less secure than any other money order. The fact that BidPay is an internet based company mean nothing. They send an eMail letting the recipient know there is a money order on the way, but do not require that the recipient registers with them. I don't see what this buyers problem is!

PS: I don't ever file NPB alerts unless the buyer was an a$$ to me. eBay makes it a pain in the arse Mad to request money back so I just don't do it... sellers like me are probably the reason they do make it a pain! $$$$$$
